Location is perfect right on the Riverwalk, making it easy to access attractions. The elevator was out of service during my stay, which was frustrating. Take advantage of the bike rentals for a fun way to explore the area. Room cleanliness could improve, as I found a few issues. Overall, decent experience with friendly staff.

Great location right on the Riverwalk! Super clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and our server Carlos was awesome. Friendly staff all around. Room had a microwave, fridge, and nice shower. Access to the pool is a must, especially with that heat. Parking included was a plus. Clean towels every day was appreciated!

The location can’t be beat, right on the riverwalk with endless bars and restaurants! My room had an incredible view of the city and river—waking up to that was magical. Plus, the heated pool and jacuzzi were total highlights after a day of exploring!

Great location. The hotel is clean, and the staff shines. Friendly and helpful, they promptly delivered extra pillows and a requested microwave. The breakfast was satisfying, too. the bathrooms need attention and could be updated. Pool access has its flaws, particularly with no rinse-off area. The lack of late-night dining options was frustrating. We encountered issues with housekeeping, and room placement meant less sleep than desired. While some staff members were welcoming, a few lacked the warmth expected in hospitality. This visit had its highs and lows. A more consistent experience could elevate a good stay to great. I would consider returning, hoping for improvements in service.

The view from my room is fantastic! The location is perfect for exploring the area and the staff really know how to mix a drink.

The room setup was wonderful, featuring a comfy bed and a great shower. Temperature control was effective, which kept the space pleasant. our river view had kids' handprints on the windows and the coffee maker was moldy. It was disheartening to ask for cleaning assistance twice and see no action. The noise level was manageable, allowing for restful sleep after our walking adventures. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the parking garage was convenient, the cleanliness needs improvement. The unpleasant smell from the dumpster near the entrance really detracted from the overall experience.

Had a great time strolling along the riverwalk, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere and convenient location close to restaurants and entertainment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a fantastic view of the river. The hotel's cleanliness and well-maintained property added to the overall positive experience.
There were some issues during the stay. Communication about hotel services and fees seemed lacking, causing confusion and frustration.

The room we initially received had some cleanliness issues, and even after requesting room service, it was still not up to standard. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we had to tiptoe around to avoid the dirty floor. the lack of USB ports in the rooms was inconvenient as we couldn't charge our phones easily. The staff also seemed unhelpful and did not provide us with essential information about the hotel amenities. the location of the hotel next to the Riverwalk was fantastic, and the size of the rooms was adequate. The breakfast served was good, and the parking facilities were sufficient.

Enjoyed the lounge. Treat yourself to fresh cafe treats. Texas adventure at my doorstep. Loved the River Walk Park. Excellent catering. Explored museums and theaters nearby. King Balcony recommended for a view.
Being clueless about hidden charges was such a delightful surprise! .

Had an awesome time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the river walk, and a short walk to downtown. Breakfast buffet was tasty and convenient, and the staff at the front desk were super kind and helpful.
The smell from the dumpster near the entrance was not pleasant; it lingered in the lobby and carport.

clean and spacious double room with no carpet - great riverwalk view. helpful and friendly staff at the front desk - made me feel right at home. the smooth and "bullet speed" elevator was a fun surprise. loved the location downtown on the riverwalk, and the amazing breakfast at the restaurant. kids eat free, and it's close to everything!

holiday inn at the river was perfectly located and clean. the balcony room overlooking the river was so relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was very nice. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the updated rooms were comfortable. the hotel is just a short walk from great dining options and offers great value for the amenities and location.

My stay at this charming hotel was delightful from start to finish. The staff, especially Carlos in the restaurant and the bar staff, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, right on the riverwalk and within walking distance to numerous dining options. The room was lovely, with a balcony overlooking the riverwalk, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The valet staff were efficient and made parking hassle-free. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Minor room maintenance issues were the only drawback, with a broken toilet seat hinge and a faulty sliding glass door lock. Additionally, the room's AC heating function wasn't working during an unusually cold snap, which was inconvenient.
